COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Talyrond 300 D260/1106 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson-Electric-Motor-Ss-Cz6t17vc55a-117131.00 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C6C17FK20K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSWDM3554T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CZ6T17VC55A11713100 by Manufacturer Leeson-Electric-Motor-Ss-Cz6t17vc55a-117131.00 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand CD6218 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num-Servomac such as BMS19023630L equipment made by Num-Servomac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num-Servomac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num-Servomac" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C42D28FC1A made by Leeson as well as the popular C402N0310 original spares produced by Stober Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BPH1152N5TF2C01 by Num and BMS19023630L spares by Num-Servomac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BS90BM20D003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Japan-Servo-Co. |
